Christos has 15 years of investment experience in treasury, financial analysis, fixed income trading and portfolio management.
Until recently, he was working for various investment banks, including Natwest, BoE and Kommunalkredit International Bank where he was responsible for various portfolios including running a €12bn funding programme.

Praxia grew up with parents in the franchise fast food restaurant business and both waitressed and was manageress of a fast food franchise store.
During the 1990s, Praxia co-founded Pelicanos restaurant in Bryanston and, in 1995, co-founded the property company Prevue Letting.
In 2009, Praxia co-founded The Fish and Chips Co. fast food brand, which sold in 2012 to Taste Holdings for R70 million.
With her strong leadership skills and exceptional organisational and administration skills she focused on founding Chesanyama Franchising and establishing the Gold Brands Distribution Centres as the core of the Gold Brands Investments business.
Praxia is a qualified interior designer and property consultant, which means she is well equipped to evaluate property leases and oversee store design.
Terrence obtained his National Diploma in Accounting at the Technikon of Pretoria and is a registered member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
During January 2003, Terrence started as a trainee accountant at M Kayne Financial Consultants where he stayed until November 2005. He is currently a director at Ballard and Associates.

South African-born Stelio began his career in food franchising as a shareholder at Squires Restaurant in Fourways in 1988, and Pappas Restaurant in 1989. He moved on to become the owner of Squires Loft, Bryanston, in 1990, and, thereafter, founded Pelicanos restaurant in Big Ben Centre, Bryanston, in 1991.
Stelio relocated to Cyprus in 1999 where he owned a Pizzaria and a Picasso Coffee shop. He returned to SA in 2004 and, up until 2008, was an active investor in the property market.
In 2009 he co-founded The Fish and Chip Co. fast food brand and sold it for R70 million to Taste Holdings in 2012. During that same year, he founded Chesanyama Franchising and the 1+1 Pizza division. He founded Pitaland and Chicken Wild Wings in 2013, Gold Brands Sauces in 2014 and bought the Blacksteer brand in 2015.
The son of a property developer, Stelio has been in the food franchise business for over 34 years.
